Have they fixed the ridiculous "up and close" camera angle?

If they had a proper isometric camera angle I would be all over this game. But not with that stupid over the head angle they have, and even zooming out it only makes it worse.
If you are a Star Wars fan, why not try the Star Wars The Old Republic?

Very good game, amazing devs. So much content it's hard to even believe they pack this much in next patch. One can only wonder if these guys had diablo 3 to work on, what wonders we would see

By far the biggest gamebreaker in PoE for me

Same. And its such a shame as I would thrown them money as well, but that camera angle induces nausea.
It is like it was made for you to see your characters developing alopecia... lol

Yea.  That camera angle contributes to the "I feel too overwhelmed" feeling whenever I try to get back into PoE.  After lots of Grim Dawn, Titan Quest, Torchlight II, and Zombasite playing, I tried to get back into PoE recently and that camera just... made me feel dizzy for some reason.

You're confused, most of the content is coming in 3.0 which is the expansion later this year. The patch is 2.6 which drops soon and doesn't introduce a lot except that solo-self thing.

Hard to compare D3 and PoE, different business models. D3 relies solely on boxes atm, PoE has microtransactions. Apparently business has been good because of the microtransactions, I mean they do nickel and dime you on the stash expansions.

The levels of polish and stability of the two games are on completely different levels.

Buying supporter packs is the way to go with PoE.. Fans of PoE support it, rather than a huge corporation. That's the basic difference between the two games. Whenever PoE has a league change and incorporates the last league into the base game, I really feel sorry for the D3 devs, who are stuck in their hamster wheel. That's not to trash the D3 devs. I worked in corporate life too long to know that they have very little say in what they do. It must be frustrating for them.

Sorry, got side tracked. If you buy a Supporter pack, you get coins to buy stash tabs, which are almost always on sale. As for nickel and diming, well, I'd rather pony up a few bucks and actually get significantly more space than deal with the Season BS Blizz throws at you for the privilege of having a tiny bit more stash space. Time is money, friend.

Got hooked with PoE after some trials and errors. The devs truly put many thoughts into making the skill tree.
