Guild Wars 2 gets praise for a lot things, but none strikes new players to the game more than the vastness in the open world of Tyria. As the game has aged, many of the bigger open stories that have been created within this world have been collecting dust. That is, until Living World Season 3. This season has seen a massive return to the unanswered plots of the game, and for a veteran player, has been both its biggest success and its biggest danger. THAR BE SPOILERS AHEAD – YE BE WARNED!

You can get the broken caladbolg back. They are obtained from the NPC standing near the mystic forge.
you can recover it from the npc, check mail.
This isn't a signature, you just think it is.
Maybe you should simply get a SSD.
They are not instanced. Sorry. They are on separated servers, so that is they the loading screens. Also, compare GW2 with other games and you will find, YESS it is vast compared to others which are so small.
You obviously don't understand what 'Instanced' means. GW1 was instanced. GW2 is not, except for PS and home instance and dungeons (includes fractals) that is not a big part of the game though.
This is why you have the "this map has fewer people and will close in an hour" message, and you can choose to say yes, or no - but the map still closes in an hour. That instance of the map will close. However you'd like to slice it, they are instances and whatever happens in them stays directly in them.
That's also why you can fail a meta event on one map, then when its over and the map closes, be forced into another instance where they won the meta event. If it wasn't an instance, it would happen game-wide or server-wide. It doesn't.
