    I play WoW myself.

I liked the graphics in Guild Wars, but someone said to try and figure out their economy had them running around in circles confused.

As for EQ2, unless you're a high level and enjoy being in groups all the time, it will get old fast and you'll be frustrated.

With WoW I am able to hunt solo if I wish, join groups if I wish, and do my own thing.

I found that if I made a Hunter first and put resources of mining and skinning, I was able to build up my funds to do other things.  These were things that you could sell at the Auction House.

But to become an engineer or a flower picker/enchanter, it cost more.

Now, if you want your Priest Dwarf which gets you not only to find treasure chests but also fear ward later which you might like in places like Molten Core groups, you might want to pick up tailoring and enchanting on him, but only because then when you're down there you can Disenchant items that are Bind on Pick up.

It all depends on what you're looking for.  Good luck

Be sure to stomp on some of them, leave them in the dark,
and wait until they've matured enough to want to have dinner with them. *winks*

From personal experience, WoW gets old very fast. I've heard mixed things about Guild Wars. I've heard great things about EQ2 but havent tried it personally.

I play Guild Wars. It's the cheapest of the 3 games you listed. Not only that, but you and your friends will have great experiences. You don't have to worry about people KSing or PKing you. Everyone gets a private map that only the people in their team can be in. It's great. I also heard WoW is pretty good, but I haven't played it myself. A lot of people are quitting it for some reason, apparently.
