The best program I know of for capturing footage in game is Fraps, but it's not free. I think it costs $20 at most, so not much.

Next time, a google search would be more appropiate. It's a heck of alot faster in your end, so it pays off
I purchased PGC because it was cheap. Fraps is so much better than this product. Do yourself a favor, and spend the extra money on Fraps.
I got an IP Ban from PGC's forums 30 minutes after purchase....
