My characters have been deleted for some reason. It pisses me off so much...I set up a case and If I do notget them back I am going to quit.image Too much of a hassle.

    Are you sure? I thought my character had been deleted. I thought that my character had been delete because it didn't show in the window that said play now anymore. But when I selected user and then clicked on my displayed name, then my character finaly showed in the play now window.

    Nope. They are gone. I relogged 10 times. Nothing.

    Create a new charecter then petition.  Tell them what happened, i'm sure they'll resurface your own charecters.  Tell them.. EXACTLY what happened.  That way they know where to look/what to do

    I opened a case this morning and also created a new character before I left for work. Ill check my home email when I get home to see if they even bothered looking at it. Honestly this is bullshit.

    Ok. I had the same type of problem and just about lost it. Are all your characters on the same server? If so the server was probably down. Whenever the server is down then the characters on that server dont show at all. When my server came back up my characters were there. I sent a suggestion to fix that. I hope that was the issue with you.

    When the server your char is on is down, you may not notice it.  You simply notice your chars aren't there.  It happened to me, exactly what you're describing, this last weekend.  I thought the same thing:  "my character has been deleted".  But it returned when the maintenance was done and the server back up.
