    Just a quick question, the keys are randomly given to each player? I'm looking forward to getting a friend a copy of Dead by Daylight so if ever I do get one and I redeem it on my Steam (via code but not installing it), can I gift it to my friend afterward?

    Just a quick question, the keys are randomly given to each player? I'm looking forward to getting a friend a copy of Dead by Daylight so if ever I do get one and I redeem it on my Steam (via code but not installing it), can I gift it to my friend afterward?

    actually you can, it's like a CD-key, just paste to your friend if you get one

    you would just get the code and then give it to your friend so that he can redeem it himself.

    If you use it, it's used. What else to say. Buy one, get two? That's not how the life works.

    No you cant gift it if you redeem it. Youll have to give the code to your friend and he will have to redeem it himself. I tried gifting a item after redeeming a code and it wont let you

    Still probably at least an hour until we go live.  Waiting for the DB guy to get online so we can purge the database of suspicious accounts.

    Note that at least 15 minutes before we go live I will post in here with a link.  I will also post a news item that you can see on the home page or our News tab above.  This news post will have the new URL.

    It is important that we don't post the URL too far in advance because thousands people refreshing the page over and over kill our web servers.
