Found this posted by the goons. Lists the promises made for this game and what's been done, what's in progress, broken, delayed, etc.
https://starcitizentracker.github.io/ Handy little page as most of the promises have links to show when they were made.
Comments
Will provide years of debate as folks battle over which promises were actually made vs kept.

That's miserable. Why promise the moon then? Well I guess most kickstarters do this.
Most kickstarter projects only have a fraction of the resources this title does.
But I agree most appear to over promise well past their capability to deliver.

@BillMurphy you may now sticky

My Review Manifesto
Follow me on Twitter if you dare.
For example the Bengal Carrier put under "Not Started" when there's already Ship Shapes showing it off. The SQ42 goals of the mission design (as SQ42 embeds FPS and such now) is obviously under progress as well. The number of missions is also put on 2 categories at once.
There's 2 things on broken promises I can't understand is Oculus Rift support, they still claim VR on the plans of the game, and Oculus Rift Support was only a stretch goal for the Hangars that got delivered at one point.
The other is Build own motion capture studio, that is not a broken promise as they do have it and even shown their own rigs for creating animations in the game.
Have fun
Because people believe what they read and will buy more ships if they think they are getting a "revolutionary" game that promises the moon.
"Not started - Planetside Module available 3.0 patch" Then whoever did this links the 3.0 feature highlights slide from last year's conference.
From the start the planetside module was delivered in 2015 with the release of Arccorp, this is the Planetary Tech (not a module)... Even so that is put under "Not Started" somehow when the PG is as seen on the production schedule in development for the next update, not only that the landing zone Delamar is also stalled for the next update.
I'm not sure what level of care is there so the information is accurate, I'll point those bits and we'll see.
People also refuse to educate themselves beyond their Twitter or Facebook feeds, or forums in which similarly-biased folks will agree with them (no offense to mmorpg, and I am admittedly guilty of following bias at times; most of us are). Most gaming companies (and not just CIG) know full well that gamers, particularly Western ones, will happily open their wallets if they (a) think they can "win" or (b) if you show them any sort of "new shiny". I would never donate my money to an unfinished pie-in-the-sky kickstarter game, SC or otherwise, but for some odd reason it's become rather debonair to do so.
It's said that is a list of Promises, right?
So we go to Broken Promises and we see this:
"Capture Backers faces for ingame Characters"
That is listed as a broken promise, now check the source they gave to that. A place discussing CR mention they were looking at facial tracking for SC... And for some reason, that was a promise?
Listing this sort of BS as a broken promise, and fail to list actual broken promises, like SQ42's drop-in CO-OP...
I think you should probably unsticky it until you've vetted the document and verified whether what is stated by @MaxBacon is true or not, or have someone create an actual, factual list of promises that's vetted outside the Goons list and actually updated.
After all, there was just an article run this week about how it's unprofessional to report on leaks, yet we're now creating sticky posts of lists maintained by The Goons? Do I get a sticky if I create a real list of missing promised features?

Did you actually click it? Cause it takes you to a form to fill out. It also says the list is a work in progress. The goons are human so they make mistakes so feel free to report them as you find them and they can update them.
Actually, great idea! Click it an report the problems. See if it gets removed. The idea itself is sound, as long as it's a list that is maintained and actually accurate. I'd agree, sticky this post if it's proven that the people maintaining it are actually objective. If it's just a list supporting The Goons own agenda, then get rid of it.

It would be a waste to have goons and "Derek's" merged into something that is a quite good idea for tracking the current status and what's going on with SC's development from within the goals completed, active in-dev, stalled or broken/failed. And it would be taken with legitimacy by the SC backer community as well.
Just playing devils advocate but what makes you a better host then the goons? You think they have a negative bias so won't update the list properly but you have a positive bias to the game so how do we know you will update it correctly and report on the bad things?
For example https://starcitizen.tools/Stretch_Goals
Very much locked to the Stretch Goals of the game.
Stretch Goals do not include everything that was a promised feature, and the only way to make a proper factual list is do a very fundamental separation of what was promised, and what was planned (they are not the same).
There's a degree of trolling here, they put as a broken promise a "burning a t-shirt", but not how SQ42's drop-in multiplayer was dropped, it's just ridiculous...
Easy, you can make suggestions. Are you saying that this goons list is iron clad? Like there aren't completely laughable items in there? Things that they've obviously accepted without either vetting or care or objectivity?
I'd say that if you had a list from the polar opposite, assuming we're in agreement that the goons are on the anti-SC side, then I think it would be fair to assume that the truth lies somewhere between the two. What would be interesting is to see how objective a pro-SC list could be in comparison. Also, see what the delta is between the two.

So when you click on the person's name who is responsible for maintaining the page it takes you to https://forums.somethingawful.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=212 -- Derek's Smart home for wayward space sims. From a brief glance, you can tell it is anti-SC. If that's the kind of source that we are going to sticky?
Yet on the tracker, they put it under "Compromised" instead... This smells Smart everywhere, because of the whole "Austin Studio was shutting down!" drama.
Agreeing with @thundercles on @BillMurphy for this one. This should not be stickied until it shows seriousness and legit sourced information. I'm also seeing this may end up on "every feature ever mentioned = promised" for the sake of drama and instigation.
It is put as a promise, yet it wasn't any, there's a difference between saying they are trying to tackle a basic version of mining on 3.0, over a statement they would be releasing a basic version of mining in 3.0...
This is where you can see the Agenda where discredit the game's development is more important than accurate information.
