Star Trek Online News - Star Trek Online players can now enjoy Season 13: Escalation that brings the continuation of the Tzenkethi War as well as introduces the brand new Pve Competitive Queues. This is a PC release only, with the console version coming at a later date.

    Another botched season launch. QA is a joke at best with too many new bugs to name adding to an already hefty pile.
    I can only assume that the devs are overworked, on a tight schedule, and their livelihoods are at stake when each iteration that gets pushed has so many flaws, the alternative explanation would be too depressing.
    I'd give it a pass until a few months have passed to iron out the most prevalent issues (some bugs persist for a year or more, but most major bugs get addressed in the 3 month window especially quickly addressed are ones affecting their monetization or metrics within a day or two)

    Saving grace is the IP with its unique playstyle and the great community.
    Holding out hope that Cryptic gives the game and their players the effort they deserve.
