Sea of Thieves News - The Sea of Thieves site has been updated with the n ews that the Windows 10 Technical Alpha will be taking place on May 20th from 7-10 pm BST. Up to 1,000 PC players will be invited to try out the game for the first time.

    Getting one invite for the alpha here is like winning the lottery. Too many sign ups!

    You have to sign up on Rare's site. It's invite only, not free keys to pass around.

    Good luck if you try!

    I did the sign up long ago already.

    Reading their site, this test is 1K people that filled the survey (also completed that time ago), and the criteria seems to be based on hardware specs.

    After reading "The exciting thing here is that there are a load of higher-end settings that we hope will work correctly based on our implementation of auto-detect: features like 4K and 60 FPS support should work on capable machines. " and then look my average machine. I think the best I'll receive is better luck next time if I do receive an email.

    It seems so, this test is more high-end machines. I sent the wrong dxdiag for that :|
