Am I the only gamer on the planet who has never found any of the Assassin's Creed games interesting enough to buy or play. I have literally played none of them, nor really care too.
I like should seek mental help

I enjoy playing them so I am interested. I am at a loss why you felt the need to post when you don't.
because it seems odd that I would not have played a single solitary one of them. zero. I just find that as a personality curiosity, perhaps even a disorder, on my part and I think in my limited way that it does apply to the OP

I love the Assassins Creed franchise, but i've only found 4 games in the series to be interesting and engaging to me personally: Assassins Creed 1, AC2, AC2 Brotherhood, and AC Syndicate.
The rest of the games had interesting settings but UBI wasted all the potential those games had on visuals alone. AC3 and Unity were too broken/buggy to bother, AC2 Revelations was just bad, and Blackflag was a good pirate game, but a meh assassins game.
The side scrolling AC game with the chinese ninja girl as main character was fun too but too simple.
Of course this is my opinion. I think taking an extra year in development might help future AC games.
Not to rain on anyone's parade (but totally doing it anyway), we also have GameSpace.com that covers this and many other non-MMO, non-RPG games. We'd love to see you there starting up robust conversations as well!

it would be nice if both sites were connected/linked in such way that one account works on both.

Weird Revelations was my favorite.

I really enjoyed the whole Ezio saga, it was sad watching him get old in Revelations.
IMHO nothing so far with the series has come close to AC2.
This announcement really has interest though.
Open Word RPG ala Assassins Creed set in Ancient Egypt... Fricking awesome

Yeah I love Ezio saga as well. The whole him getting old kinda got to me. And the whole series you really wondered what was going on, rest of the franchise isn't like that.

The steam trailer the huge snake in the end argggg... hate snakes. I used to live in a place where snakes would crawl into our house from time to time and I really am quite scared of them
The gameplay looks too hard for me. Hope I can manage a ranged class play or some variant if possible.
Never liked the whole AC franchise with all the sneaking and such but Black Flag was different, It had pirates, naval fights, upgrading your ship, loot, exploring ect.

And not forget the epic sailor shanties.
I cant do 3rd person view in that gaming context. I enjoyed Thief 3 a lot, I didnt get into the latest one but 3rd person for a sneak game is not always a deal breaker but its close
