Where's burrek?

Just wondering if you were still around, and what you think of the game now that you've had the chance to play it for a while?

I'm asking because you were one of the most ardent supporters of it pre-release and you have disappeared from these boards in recent times (at least from the posts I've read).

Maybe you're just too busy playing DDO to bother :)

I'm happily playing DDO, thank you for your concern.

The game has more content than I was expecting and it still has my attention. Also, playing with a great group of friends make the expereience extremly enjoyable.

I have only one character and he is level 8 now. There is so much content for my level after the patch I find it hard to pick what quest I want to do.

Since the game is out and there are plenty of reviews from esteemed websites I feel I do not need to go and educate people about what this game is and what it is not. This is why I have not been posting on the boards as much as I used to. I mostly post on my DDO server board and my guild board.

As I have said many times: DDO is a limited game, but what's there is excellent.

Glad you like it, and that you weren't swayed by others' opinions. Playing with a group of rl (or long-term online) friends will always make an MMO go slower and be more enjoyable. It's a pity that it's almost imperative that DDO have this in order to be even remotely enjoyable.
