I need help deciding if I should buy EQ2. I've canceled my WoW account and am looking for a new game to play. The problem is I don't know if my graphics card, an ATI 128mb 9200, can handle it, and I need input on how well (if at all) it will run on my PC. I also have 1gb RAM and 2.8 Ghx processor. Thanks for any help!

Is the 'Trial of the Isle' demo just slow then? I tried it recently and it ran very slowly (less than 10 fps), that's the one thing that has prevented me from getting the game already.

It's hard to say what will happen if you did get the game...
All I can say is that it's fun but it's really rough on your computer.
It's rough on mine and I'm on a Athlon 64 3000+ / 6800 Geforce / 1gb
I play MODERATLEY well on balanced settings :[

Athlon 64 3200+, 6600, 1GB and I run on high quality for all but raids. You may want to run through all your bootup and background things if you are having trouble with balances Kallion86. I had issues until I did a clean install from upgrading my HDD.
Thanks for the replies guys. I wish I could try the demo again because I forgot to mess around with the graphics settings. Anyways, I think I'm going to pick it up this afternoon and try the free month. Hopefully it runs decently; if it does I will probably be playing until Vanguard is released.
I've heard a lot of good things about EQ2 guilds and community. WoW just has a really poor community from what I saw during the few months I played it. From what I've seen here there are more mature players who are glad to help. Looking forward to joining the game!
