ELOA: Elite Lord of Alliance News - The second chance at a new life works out for many games but not for Elite Lord of Alliance (ELOA), it seems. According to a a brief post from Game&Game, the beleaguered game will experience its second death on August 11th. There are no reasons given, though it can be safely assumed that the game did not attract a viable community. This most recent version of the game launched in November 2016 after it was shut down by Webzen after a year of dismal performance.

poor/lack of advertisement would be the issue.

if i'm not mistaken, i remember when it went down the first time. they said it would be back, but that was the last time i ever saw it. it was up for a whole year after that point, apparently, and not once did i see an ad for it after relaunching.

The game wasn't fun. I played until endgame at the time, and it was boring, I was hoping once I got to the endgame it might change like some MMO's but up until then it was a boring easy grind, and after it was still a boring easy grind but with a P2W cash shop involved. It just wasn't a game that should have come back, it didn't do good the first time around, and like Nomurah said there was absolutely 0 advertising, and honestly I didn't know it came back to begin with.

Oh no! Who could have ever seen this coming?! This truly is 'regret' news.

One down. Millions of other shitty asian mmos to go. The more of these that die the more beneficial it is to the MMO market. Do better.

I agree. Market is flooded with these Asian grinders. Just because there is a lot of them, does not mean it is the standard!

I actually confused this game with another one from a few years ago.
These games all have such similar names..

Isn't this also the name of a mod from Saga of Lucimia?

    ... Asian lolli grinder
Agreed, it should be "Western-granma-casual" type of game and maybe it will succeed as it different enough than the rest.

There's a little problem for me, whenever I played childporn-like games as this, I felt like FBI came knocking my front door.

Why did it come back a second time?
