Anyone play FPS?  I haven't played any in a while, at least not any good ones.  The last ones that i had fun playing were CS and DoD a few years ago, as well as UT2k4.  I'm not a real big fan of Halo, and i don't like Halo fanboys talking to me about their headshots,  worse then people talking about awps.  Well anyways anyone play FPS still, and are there any good ones out, for the computer in particular, but any recomendations are welcome.

    I guess it depends what you like. Personally CSS is my current favorite by far. BF2 is out, but the infantry combat is so bad theres really no point playing unless you enjoy the vehicles. Theres a few cool looking ones coming out though, notably Quake Wars, looks awsome!

    i am originally an FPS gamer before i tarted my MMORPG carrer

    i still play alot more FPS than MMORPGS
    that y i cant wait for huxley to come out

    but yes i play

    CSS, BF2, CoD2, and just about every other GOOD fps u can think of

    and my spring break is over in 2 hours

    im sad

    The abslute most realistic and imo best FPS out there atm is America's Army special forces and its 100% free to dl and play. When I wanna drop bombs on mofo's I log into bf1 or bf1 but I still like the bf1 mods alot better hopefully bf2 gets some better mods.

    I play CS:S. I played some of that Ghost Recon: AW, it's not bad, but I like CS:S better, in a good clan. They are #1 in Team Warefare League on the EU side, and I'm working with them on the NA side now.

    I've played quite a few FPS and imho Farcry is in the top 3, highly recommend it. Nowhere near as popular is CS, but yeah it's just an opinion had some great LAN moments on it.

    Im 160% burned out on CS/CS:S cant play them but maybe an hour or so every few months anymore, i just dont find them fun anymore.

    Ill play TFC every now and then i still get a kick out of playing that sometimes.

    But mostly i play BF2 for my FPS needs. Which im sure alot of others do aswell.
