I'm not sure if this game was meant to be played straight or on hallucinogens.  Either way, I've never seen anything quite like it.

    Amanita Design's whole catalog is great.  Botanicula is my personal favorite; Machinarium is also worth a look.

    If you are interested in interactive experiences with different mechanics but a similar feel I also recommend Proteus, Kairo, and Heartwood (www.heartwoodgame.com).
