PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds News - In a new interview at Bloomberg Technology, Brendon Green, creator of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, and Bluehole Chairman Chang Byung-gyu have offered a couple of pretty interesting little nuggets of information including the fact that Bluehole is in talks with Sony about bringing PUBG to PlayStation 4. Up to now, the only console that had managed such a feat was Microsoft for XBox One. The inclusion of PS4 could make the juggernaut title an even bigger juggernaut.

guess someone at Bluehole realized they couldn't coast on a minimum viable product anymore.
Fortnite was a huge success and they now see the need to release it faster as they don't want to loose the competition on consoles.
It's become acceptable to gaming journalists, even, for developers to hide behind the early access label. These titles would've been completely destroyed years ago, but developers have used marketing-savvy terms to convince players and journalists alike that it's awesome for us to pay money for an incomplete project because reasons.
No offense to Bill and the gang, but MMORPG.com isn't even immune. It'd be refreshing to see the staff here be the first to draw the line in the sand and say "if you're going to charge folks for the product, we're going to treat it as a release state product, early access label be damned."
