Hello all, im looking for a new online game to play, but in the newly released MMORPG's i see a huge lack of high end content. I mean, in EQ grinding on exp and killing mobs just to level up was kinda boring, but game's objetive was getting to the higher levels so you could join a decent guild and kill high end mobs that required a lot of players to raid em. Imo games like SWG/AC2/FFXI are focused on solo combat and stuff, so they forget powergamers. I played EQ for 2 years, and i loved it, raiding very hard mobs and killing Gods was just amazing, then i played SWG, and i hated it, i really had nothing to do there after i spent all my skill points.
So... my question is, is there any high end content in Horizons? Any high level dungeons with named mobs that require a large amount of players to kill? Or is it centered in pvp and crafting?
thanks

As of now there arent any dungeons from what I hear. Also, from the reviews I have read there is plenty of content for all levels. And before you get high, im sure there will be plenty more added along with bugs removed and the implimentation of dungeons. I am getting my copy in 2 days.
For you to say the FFXI is aimed for solo, you have to be on acid or some other seriously hipnotic drug. It is 100% impossible to level past 15 solo on FFXI. Grouping is forced. Hell its FF.
The crafting in the game is the best in any game and from what I have read Combat is fun as well.
There is no PVP yet in this game, it is going to be added sometime down the line.
Artifact promises a PVP server in the future. Also the game doesnt have dungeons, it has blighted areas. The blighted areas have powerful undead and monsters and they are a winding maze of dead trees. The music and thunder and lighting effects in the blighted areas is so....amazingly spectacularly great.
