In fairness, another new class after just introducing Demon Hunters is a huge stretch.
And...there's already a monthly or whatever "Dance Studio" thing that takes place in capital city auction houses

I dont personally care much about the horde other than Sylvanas (I liked Garrosh oddly enough and was interested in the Blood Elves but never really went out of my way to learn more about them). I'd probably not play horde much if they did something to Sylvanas though. But then again, I did stop playing most of WoD as horde just because the garrisons on alliance side looked better for the cost it was to build them up. Some expensive logs and rope.... Overall, I just want Blizzcon to come and go so I can stop seeing 293842938420 speculation videos on youtube and dump my battle net balance on the pre-order in january. I'll only care about sub races if they get body tattoos like DH.
At this point it's too far gone. What started out as really cool story involving different races, politics, trying to find the balance of having to live on the same world and picking up the pieces after a mass invasion by another race from another planet... Has turned into some galatic-world ending scale sort of bullshit every expansion. It's trite and boring at this point. I mean we're going to bring down Sarg once and for all in Legion... So, what's the point? This all started because of him. Now we're looking at some OTHER world-ending power which is the 'Void Gods'. It's just really fucking lame.
It's basically a 3.5 D&D campaign where some crazy DM and his players have finally reached level 60 in every class and just continue playing. So now they're just picking off gods like it's nothing. Super boring. There's a reason most campaigns end around level 12-15. Worse part is, Blizzard can't ground the story ever again. After defeating Sarg everything else is just going to seem like a fucking waste of effort and time. Not to mention the idea that the factions are STILL FIGHTING EACH OTHER while all of these universe ending threats continue to show up.
The game is just one repetition of going around doing the world quests and and/or raiding and it's just rinse and repeat with very little variety.
With Argus, we just have a new map area to do the exact same thing - there's no originality or thought going into this. Making a dungeon/raid is easy for Blizzard. Making a new map to do more world quests is easy too. They are getting sub money for very little return.
For the next expansion, please put something into it that feels less repetitive and more worthwhile.
* enters roleplay mode * "Come, frail hooman, we will destroy you and have The Dark Lady raise you to be one of the noble race, The Forsaken!"
*leaves RP mode* You realize that Blizz always does things in parity between the factions. Which of your fair leaders are you willing to sacrifice for the Horde murder hobos, hmm? Anduin? Tyrande? Or...best yet...Jaina herself?
Compared to Sylvanas, everyone else, Alliance leaders especially, is boring.

Even forsaken troops when you kill them they sometimes say "Finally, torment ends" or something similiar.
BTW Nathanos is pure Sylvana rabid fanboy transported into game world.

In cataclysm, at the start of Silverpine (Forsaken story) Garrosh says...
"Remember, Sylvanas, eventually we all have to stand before our maker and face judgment. Your day may come sooner than others..."
What if she does die as most expect, faces some great "maker" (Naaru?)...who then heals Sylvanas and makes her mortal again, maybe even a high elf (which she used to be). This could then in the future be used to bring back a sub-race of high elves as playable as they can be healed.
I dunno what that mean for Forsaken, maybe they'd then get a new leader or something since I doubt they'd want a non-forsaken leading them...but who knows.
But Sylvanas being healed by a "Naaru" (best example I can think of since they are pure light) after dying would be epic story telling.
If Sylvanas dies and its permanent, that is stupid story telling and means they can't be creative and re-using ideas over and over since its already been done before with Vol'jin. And the previous tauren leader.
But imagine if Sylvanas became a high elf again, and her sister returns to her (since rumors Sylvanas sister was returning in possibly next expansion). No one would expect anything like that...being healed from being whatever she is now to being mortal again AND back to being a high elf.

And yes, I play even a more punishing class, shadow priest.
