Looks meh I don't think the customization will be that great compared to like BDO, or even APB?

Like the world doesn't look that bad but I would love to be able to run inside buildings knock out windows PVP and all that not instanced based realism based.

Why are are there even successors to a game which shutdown? Why attempt to mimic a game that shutdown? Wouldn't it be more advisable to mimic say, WoW with super hero elements? It amazes me how everyone is keen on coping failed projects. I don't care why it shutdown, if it was highly successful, it would not have shutdown.

Browsing their message boards the game is not to keen on monstrous or non-human elements. Disappointing. If you don't have the money to make a game, don't make the game. Indie was the worst thing to happen to the mmo community.

Unless you think big budget games made to appeal to and be played by little kids are super awesome, like you probably do, indie games are the best thing that happened to mmos. MMOs used to be made for thinking people, now they are made for consoles and my little kids are part of the target audience.

They're making the game because they're a bunch of ex City of Heroes players who miss CoH and want to play a superhero game again. And there is, currently, nothing out there that meets their requirements. The player base for a superhero MMO is not as big as the glitzy "let's play a silly animal type thing" that has captured some people's imagination but that's no reason to ignore it.
They think they can find enough players to fund the game and they feel that can make a game that is fun to play and provide that 'family friendly' atmosphere that a lot of modern games fail to provide.
It's a subscription based model so they'd better be right!
