Blade & Soul News - Blade & Soul will be updated on December 6th with the Lost Continent content expansion. There are a number of big changes coming to some of the game's systems including the Wardrobe feature, time-based rewards perks, "processing" updates, mouse toggle and more.

    Game is nothing but a P2W Whale infested lootbox themepark MMO. They make so much money off the microtransactions yet they can't be bothered to upgrade their laggy servers. It's so bad that most of the playerbase has to use 3rd party routing software and the players are completely okay with it because OMGZ THE COMBAT. Avoid at all costs.

    When they released the 64bit client most of the lag issues went away, for me at least.

    It's not that severs lag so badly. It is that the combat is extremely ping sensitive, so many try to reduce it with 3rd party software to maximize their potential. For those not concerned on being on the cutting edge this is less of a concern, and one can also choose classes less ping sensitive. I am playing it casually with my girl without any 3rd party tools, and it works plenty well for use.

    And yes, f2p, so has a cash shop, like pretty much every other f2p game. Kind of an irrelevant point, these days. The only thing I've bought off it was a cosmetic outfit for my girl. Considering they'll be giving me a free level 50 character with the next free update, in about a week, I don't feel myself too abused by their marketing practices yet. Maybe over time that will change.

    If they make the wardorbe free as on ANY OTHER VERSION ill be happy to come back. Collecting outfits is one of the things i enjoy instead of just farming XYZ dungeons all day, and being unable to store them sucks golden balls
