Made one lol!
That was not the case for me. There was no controller UI, not even in the settings. Menu navigation worked with DPAD but couldn't select anything so i had to switch to the mouse all the time.
Is the full support exclusively to XBOX controllers? i use my PS3 controller for all my games and this is the first time i have this issue.
Don't see this game lasting through all of next year.
They keep coming up with new classes in Closers but none of them are summoners. I use the existence of a summoner class as a benchmark for whether or not a game is willing to push the bar on the player's gameplay, because lack of one despite how popular the class is these days (even if not the most popular) shows an extreme amount of laziness on the developers' part, as they are clearly unwilling to program a class just because it's slightly harder to program and balance generic direct damaging classes in an action RPG.
It might seem like a stupid benchmark to use, but Dragon Nest, DFO, and Elsword all got summoner classes pretty early in their lives (DFO started out with one!). The games widely seen as inferior to them such as Kiritika, Closers, and Soul Takers meanwhile... didn't. If a developer is too lazy or incompetent to make a summoner class, they're probably going to be too lazy or incompetent to make the extra content and whatever else that DFO, Dragon Nest, and Elsword have over their peers.
Er, DFO is 2.5D, while Elsword is 2D. This genre never does that well here, and after Kritika, I just don't view EME very favourably any more. Just feels that they put two game out in a short period of time, in the same genre, that are both even anime themed, as a poorly thought out cash grab move, I don't see either lasting that long.
