Any suggestions to get the most out of my 50 Healer in Midgard? Including CL abilities and RA abilities.

Wow... um... it REALLY depends what role you want to fill in a group. One of the things that makes DAOC so great is that even though it's class/level based you can really customize your character to specialize in certain abilities or be a generalist. How you spec your character really affects what roles you can fill solo or in a group.
I don't play healer classes much unless they're hybrids so I can't help much but I can advise trying asking this question on http://daoc.catacombs.com. It's a great site that has a char builder so you can play with your template and figure out what you want and the forums there have excellent advice for the various classes.
