Closed Beta to Set Sail on January 24th - Sea of Thieves - MMORPG.com

Sea of Thieves News - The first official Sea of Thieves closed beta test is ready to take to the high seas. The event will begin on January 24th and run through January 29th. The CBT will offer players a "bespoke experience" for a complete picture of the game. Anyone who joined the Sea of Thieves Insider Programme prior to December 1, 2017 will be eligible for CBT as well as anyone who preordered the game.

Hopefully it works for me this time. I've been part of the Alpha test, but the last test; I couldn't connect. At all during the test. I would love the stream this game during the CBT.

I love the idea of this game, but wish there was pub (ie lobby) so that other pirates could hang at to tell stories about their adventures but mainly to find a crew to run with instead of trying to manage over the forums.

I'm tentatively looking forward to this. Looks cool and as long as it doesn't turn out to be yet another psychopaths' playground should be fun.

It's literally a game about piracy. It would be shocking if it didn't become a psychopath's playground.
