Interesting, the mention of housing. We've had flying/gliding, we've had mounts - could player housing be a feature for the next major expansion...?
I invested a fair amount of money into my home instance cause I like to share with my friends and if they don't benefit from this then this new feature is a whole lot less appealing to me.
There was a leaked rumor some months back before the pof expansion came out that suggested that Anet was going to add player housing but cut it because they wanted to add it in as a selling point for another expansion.
"Player housing has been developed, but didn't make the cut this expansion. It's been postponed as the big selling point for the next possible expansion. This would've included us being able to customise a large plot of land, which acts a lot like current Guild Hall decoration. We could choose the spots of our resources, and it will make a lot of use of Scribing. You'd get a lot of basic decorations to start with, but if you want to spend a ton of money and resources on it, you can do it."

But its just a rumor, most of this stuff have already been proven wrong or slightly incorrect.
Giving us housing and mounts in the same expansion would have been a bit over-generous, perhaps - it looks like we may need to wait a year or two before getting our own houses, sigh...
