in Istaria: Chronicles of the Gifted

I have decided to get this game. But recently i have read something that worries me. Someone said you cant cancel your subscription to the game on the net, that you have to call a phone number and stuff to do so. Im not english, and it worries me cuz i might not understand what are they saying if i decide to cancel my account, so i wouldnt be able to cancel it at all.
My question is... is that true? do you have to call a phone number to cancel your subscription?

    Currently yes, that does seem to be the case, although some people have stated you can go to ibill.com and cancel there, I don't know about that tho.
