  Either A, you have a really slow machine.  Or B, you've got a real technical problem.  Either way, I would go to the official forums and post there.  Most people here aren't going to be able to help you with technical issues.  This forum is more for general discussion and reviews.

  i WOULD go to the official forums, but when i try to make a plaync board account, it says my account status isnt right to make one; so i cant post on the official forums

  Have you made an account yet?  You have to have an NCSoft account to play the game.  I'm not sure, but this could have something to do with your patcher being messed up.  The code that came with the game should be enough to get your account up and going.  If you already have an account that works, then I honestly have no idea what the problem is. 

  Are you outside of the United States?  I've heard that Europeans need to post on the AA Europe board.

  i do have plaync master account, ive been playing CoV for quite a while on it. And hehe i dont know if its too late but i have 2 codes, 1 beta and the other sneakpeak thing.

  its just, i really wanna check out the game fast cuz im getting a new MMORPG soon and i dont know exactly what i wanna get, but my thoughts have been on AA; the only  other MMORPG's ive played is Guild Wars and CoV
