Maiev Shadowsong is coming to the Heroes of the Storm PTR next week and presumably entering the live game a week or two later. She is a melee assassin who deals devastating AoE damage. One of her signature moves is Vault of the Wardens. *cues snickerfest from Legion players*

    All snickers aside, I think Demon Hunters are the worst aspect of Legion. :/ Their main attack is waiting on the basic attack lol. :O

    The best part is EVERYONE has been crying that Genji is too dominant on the battlefield. Enter Maiev, and her kit screams first ban first pick for a while. The has 2 very solid ults, that honestly either of them can be used in almost any situation while the rest of her kit scream, "die, die die!"

    Ahh, I see you didn't play Warcraft 3 nor do know anything about the Warden's toolkit. #fakenostalgia

    She doesn't have fan of knives -- that went to valeera, maiev gets a cone crescent in front of her.
    She doesn't have blink -- blink is instant and was given to li-Ming, maiev gets a forward moving projectile that she can teleport once is gets there (a slow but damaging version of leorics ability).
    She doesn't have Shadow Strike -- that was given to Sylvanas, maeiv has something totally different called umbral bind to tether people to her.
    She's doesn't have Spirit of Vengeance, an ability that created a large shadow avatar of herself that would spawn miniature shadow sentinels (much like in the end of Vault of Wardens dungeon during the flashlight walk -- she instead has a stasis-like time stop ability on a single target or a temporary and escapable entrapment ring.
    And while her trait is cool AF, she never has a backflip to dodge attacks. Instead, she should have hide or shadowmeld, an in-place full stealth.

    I'm genuinely surprised that a forum leader with legendary status, associate editor, news manager and "avid gamer" would state something out of bounds and false.
