Guild Wars 2 News - For the month of February, ArenaNet is inviting players to take part in #GW2Friendships. The goal is to celebrate the relationships players have built in and outside of Guild Wars 2. Posts can be made and hashtagged on any of Guild Wars 2 social media including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr or Facebook.

    Yes, this is definitely about relationships made in game, as well as people who knew each other on social media before they played GW2. :)

    I've built moar relationships on GW1 than on GW2, not sure why, didn't appeal that much on the social front because it's always so random people pop in and pop out to their things, expect ofc for PvP.

    For me it is the opposite . Far more relationships made in GW2 than in GW1. Of course the new WvW changes might throw a spanner in to all of that but that is often the way of MMOs.

    OUCH..and the Cringe moments begin.

    This is like those chat rooms that say "only positive,just tell me how great i am and how  much we love all my donations and subscriptions".

    Please promote our game in a positive way,we need to get more people on board so we can make more sales .

    They should just pay this site to promote their game,oh wait they already do.

    i think this is a great idea. MMOs are supposed to be social.. would be great to hear some positive social stories.
    Egotism is the anesthetic that dullens the pain of stupidity, this is why when I try to beat my head against the stupidity of other people, I only hurt myself.
