    well, it adds one to your library, though it's a way for the devs to permanently keep the game in your library, so it's a win-win for both sides...

    How to Redeem the Code:

    Go to the Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms Steam Store page on your PC.
    Install Steam if you haven't already.
    Install Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms (if you haven't already).
    In Steam, go to Games in the options at the top and select 'Activate a Product on Steam'.
    Follow the instructions and enter the key.

    Fixed. Sorry the redeem instructions were copied from another Steam key giveaway and that part was missed. Of course it does not matter where you are in Steam you can redeem keys anywhere. Thanks for reporting this!

    It gives items btw at f2p release (most of which are in the founder pack they will then sell).. 2 of which wont be available to people joining after the f2p release

    Well if you want early access without this key (or one from another site) then you have to pay $9.99. So at this time it lets you play the game right now in it's current state for free.

    I'm pretty sure F2P games don't stay in your library. You mean as a beta it stays? I think betas go if you uninstall them too, once expired.

    So, I already had steam like most, I've redeemed my key and installed the game. Why then do I have to install this Idle Champions of the Forgotten realms thing? Do I detect a ploy to get something extra in my library?
