  What does it mean to say that a game has launched on Windows 10? Does that mean that it won't run on Windows 7 or 8.1?

  No, I think it just means it's in the MS Store. It's on Steam too.

   There are other games I looked at that I found only work with 10 not all but this says so in the system requirements. It's on steam though so may be not since it say win 7 there.. If you buy it from the store I wonder do you have to have 10.

  Win10 isn't a requirement. Win7 is the minimum OS . It says so in the Steam requirements. Win10 means you buy it through the Win10 store . It also usually means that it's cross play which means "buy once" and you can play on Xbox or Win10 through the store. 

  I get it then it is the store that uses windows 10.

  Sadly the closest i have seen to a good card game was SOE's that closed down.MTG is still by far the best pure card game.
  I have longed for a fully fledged mmorpg to add in card elements with NO cash shop but seems everyone of these games are just cash shops with not much else going for them.
  Just another Hearthstone type game,graphics and board layout do nothing for me and turn timer is BAD "4 minutes" and UI is too cumbersome.
  Will it be worth playing when fully polished...nope.There is no such thing as free,especially if games are real long and slow.

  I'm actually enjoying this quite a bit, it has some mechanics that tickle my fancy and it doesn't seem so wallet focused as Hearthstone...yet.
