I am not a fan of single post arm rests. They seem to get loose and wobbly very soon after you start using them. The arm rests should bolt on to the chair AND back rest locations for maximum stability.

Search this chair on Amazon, it is under $100 and would probably last you as long as this $700 chair

I use Herman Miller mesh chairs and I can tell you they are overrated. I will likely not buy another chair with a mesh seat. They are stiff and you may need to add your own cushion which screws up the chair's ergonomics.

The best office chair is the Steelcase Leap. They should make gaming chairs that are based on this design. Just add a soft headrest and not a hard mesh headrest.

Mesh chairs are overrated. Don't get stuck using one 8+ hours a day - I have warned you.

I was kind of worried about that after looking at this chair.  I don't see it being exceptionally comfortable for long hours, it seems like it will either be too rigid or the mesh might get uncomfortable if I rub myself on it when I'm unclothed.  It would be like a cheese grater.

Looks awesome, but why does it look like it just came out of a 3D printer? Might take some getting used to.

I have sat HM chairs for long periods of time at work and yes you sacrifice comfort for support and ergonomics, but the truth is I would much rather have the choice to stand and sit at the same desk. Honestly 8+ hour chairs are rarely conformable for those 8 hours no mater the chair. I think it's best to mix your day up with sitting and standing to work which is why I'm looking for a hight adjustable desk for the home.

Maybe MMORPG.com could do some more reviews on desks like those above.

Definitely on our radar! I have a standing desk riser in right now from Flexispot. Should have that up within a couple of weeks. From there, I'd definitely like to take a look at some of these desks.

The chair I use is around the $300 range. It is comfortable enough for extended game sessions. But no matter what chair after 4 or 5 hours I am tired of sitting in it lol.

In other news... the Autonomous AI Ergochair starts at $270.... These kinds of chairs need not cost too much if you know where to shop.

I don't know if I need it, but it is cool. Built in AI assistant?

I have two of their sit stand desks and one of the stools. Both are great!
