We continue our peeks behind the patron powers with our Ghost Widow Q&A. This is the second in a five part series with Matt Miller, the Lead Designer of City of Heroes/Villains. Today we focus on the specific powers granted by Ghost Widow. In addition to the interview, we also have four images of her powers in action.
You can read the Q&A here.

if you've ever wanted to play a dark defender who had more than dark servants (sorry, singular dark servant since the sweeping issue 5 nerfs); then, your time has come.
necromancy/dark miasma master mind, combined with ghost widow's pool, fills in a lot of the dark defender powers you were missing.
although, in fairness, a defender is damaging at about 75% what a blaster does, while a mastermind is only at about 55% of a blaster's damage. so you get more variety, but it's still at a gimped level of damage. you're support for your army, they're your damage dealers.
if you create another dark/dark type villain, it seems ghost widow's powers are indeed a good compliment for you. so you can keep the dark/dark/dark theme going. along with having a pet! just no pets for masterminds.
could we please get correspondent writers and moderators, on the eve forum at mmorpg.com, who are well-versed on eve-online and aren't just passersby pushing buttons? pretty please?
The BEAUTY of Ghost Widow as a Patron for my Fire/Kin Corruptor (who is already very capable), will be the Negative AND Toxic resistance I receive as YOU are COOKED in YOUR Skin while I am siphoning YOUR speed, YOUR power AND endurance AND NOW, *mua hahahah* YOUR SOUUUUULLLLL
