  Looks like it is only being tested right now from today to the 24th, so maybe its in a beta mode? servers seem to be offline right now, but Test server is all that is available at this time

  Game's in beta and probably that's why you can't easily find this game on google store. Dev explains the need to access to your microphone because of in-built voice chat in chat rooms.
  
  Device compatibility is bad, so your new phone/pad might not be compatible.
