World of Tanks News - Legendary Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon is coming to World of Tanks. Along with him, he brings eleven new Italian vehicles into the game, including a "never-before-seen autoreloader mechanic" into the game. The Italian line will feature a series of lightly armored vehicles, higher damage mid-tier vehicles and Tier VIII+ post-WWII designs that include the autoreloader mechanic.

    Suzie Q it must be a slow news day around the MMORPG office huh... Im a big fan of War Thunder but i could never get into the Tank combat portion of that game. I love flying the jets but something about the tanks is just to slow paced for me. Does world of tanks do air combat, Im pretty sure i remeber reading they had or were adding war jets

    They have World of Warplanes and World of Warships, but all three are separate, unlike War Thunder. Given that WoT is one of the biggest money generating games in the world, I guess it's popular? I've never played. A lot of people have also said that Warships is pretty fun these days. :) Since they're free, why not try 'em out!? :)

    I don't play, but having Gigi Buffon in a game is pretty freakin' cool.

    Yeah, for those who love Football (Soccer in US), Buffon is a legend.
    Though his overreaction in the last Champions League match against R.Madrid kinda spoiled his immaculate career.

    Well at least he can afford to buy all the gold ammo and premium tanks ^^

    Jokes aside, is the gold ammo feature still ingame? I don't mind the premium tanks since they (mostly) are not stronger then normal ones and are meant for making extra money and crew leveling.

    Premium ammo has been purchasable with ingame currency for years, and as of this week it can no longer be purchased with Gold.
