I'm not seeing why that other pack costs 200. Other than it comes with another copy of the game. It should cost maybe 120 for all of that, as it doesn't even double the previous packs contents. A bit weird.

You know, you have Premium Customer Service... /Facepalm ...

199$ if i want a "Premium Customer Service"... Really? I do not enter a virtual world to find the same as in real life, rich people with preferences.

Who do you think keeps F2P (and poser B2P) games afloat? Rich people bankrolling and subsidizing your game experience so you can have no "p2w".

Probably people who carelessly spend on credit, eventually ruining their lives unable to pay back their creditors paying for p2w.

This must be the new Presidential Campaign slogan. 1% Facts 99% Bullshit.

For 200 smackers I would want lifetime premium membership.. but for this game that probably wouldn't be very long anyway.

Can't buy EA until it starts.

Put it on a Monday that is a holiday.  Open it up once most of the day is over.  Normal people go back to work the next day.

    Early access kind of sucks.

No, just people like me with a decent job and the ability to spend money on my hobby. Also, people a lot wealthier than people like me who don't mind dropping a few hundred a pop. They keep games afloat for you people.
I am pretty sure lots of people keep the games a float.  Don't need to be wealthy to spend beyond your means.

Pretty bad slogan since it starts off with the word "Probably".

Probably indicates 0% of claiming it is fact.  100% of making a guess.  [mod edit]

Another copy of the game (which will include 2 days headstart), Around $150 in cash shop currency, around $50 in cosmetics, +90 days premium.

It's definitely worth it's price tag, information is from dev's on streams.

They should region lock NA server as well so that BR players don't make it in.

regardless of the game... guys we are in 2018 ... not in 1998 ... we should be lucky that games are still the same prices not like everything else that became 3 times more expensive in the past 3 years

What same prices? Games now feel like $20-50 trials for $200-50000 full versions.

Exactly.  At least 10 years ago you would get a complete, mostly polished game.  Now, most of the time you get a half baked buggy mess full of promises (mostly empty ones at that).

So, you see the prices haven't technically gone up, it's just you get a 1/3 of what you used to pay for.

Founder packs for the game which was released and failed years ago? WTH is wrong with the industry?
Nothing is wrong with the industry.  They have brainwashed people into buying into games that aren't even finished.  Blame the consumers who throw money down the toilet and then defend their babies like white knights all the way to the bitter end. *cough* SoTA *cough*

Let me try to figure this out.

    1. Head start on a Monday, to make sure not to many can play because servers will crash otherwise.
    2. Release 2 days later, on a Wednesday, hopefully less people show up than Monday because servers are getting full and unstable.
    3. Premium subscription, a different term for monthly subscription.
    4. Premium customer service only for those who drop down the money for the top tier package, so that by Saturday when the servers completely crash they are the only ones who can complain to customer service.

I think I have this figured out.

I think Neowiz's current intention is to push a sub model (premium) due to subs getting sub only mount/pet and weapon skins. I don't think NA/EU will get cash shop mounts (I could be wrong on this), I think they are going to sell skins ,costumes, and convenience items. A sub model KA game would be nice.

I saw on Arctic's stream that the Emissaries will also play a role as a direct link from the community to the devs, curious to see how that plays out. And thankfully no third party publisher to deal with, personally I think that's why they are pushing sub model over free to play and a cash shop that won't be pay to win. Have to wait and see, bite the bullet, take your grain of salt, and see what happens.

people saying its fine get ur facts straight....its an old unfinished game that failed in 3 regions already in early acces on steam...b2p with premium membership and premium service what ever that means and cash shop...its a last chance cash grab cus they are in serius trouble as a company....i know we dont get enough MMO per year i wanted to play Bless too but ffs open ur fkn eyes

I still dont even get why mention premium at all when there's no details on it. Very poor communication. They could've slow rolled this out like BDO. Let people get a taste of the game and then be like "hey we're adding a sub option." Regardless of how people initially felt about it appearing in BDO, the backlash was minimal and by then people knew if they liked the game or not. This whole thing just feels like these guys are just trying to get what they can before it goes bust for a 3rd/4th time.

A 4 year old dead game being sold at AAA prices as early access.

If you buy into this scam just know that you are enabling the bottom tier state of the MMORPG genre.

The broader gaming market and AAA companies just look at these games and laugh. Nobody in their right mind would want to call their game a MMORPG and be associated with this level of scumbaggery.
  • achmedeachmede Member UncommonPosts: 215
    That 200 $ price ?

    Total overkill.
Lets see if they really do listen to community like they said they will and reduce prices.
Even if they reduce number of ingame currency, and set right prices this might be a good sign.
Otherwise i will pass on this game.

What I find it "funny" , beside your comment , are the 2 likes you got. That clearly says a lot about you 3 and the knowledge of the MMO's you possess.

Age of Conan : Release NA: May 20, 2008[3] EU: May 23, 2008

I think the game has serious design flaws that outweigh any bugs or performance issues. Here are some of the issues i find much more problematic than the odd crash or graphics glitch.

Warhammer Online : Initial release date: September 18, 2008

I didn't bother to look for a similar thread on Warhammer back in the days, but be my guest.

Anyway, Bless is , how do I say it , a LOT better in terms of content , optimization ( ironically , yes? ) combat , etc.

So yeah! Learn some .. history, newbie :)

PS: Don't , ever .. compare KS projects "full of promises" MMO's , to MMO Games made with the company's own money.

    Also , for the QQ'ers about "P2W" , 200$ founder pack, etc :

But I am pretty sure you will still find something else to QQ about.

Here, I will give you an exemple "What? 40$ for the base game and Premium Subscription with nothing but some COSMETICS? At least give us XP bonus !!!"

Game still needs to prove itself that it can be successful. It has failed several times...... not paying money till I think it is improved and get player feedback.
