I loved Knights of the Fallen Empire and Knights of the Eternal Throne for many reasons, but the one frustrating aspect of the events that transpired in these expansions was their grandiosity. These expansions ask the question: wouldn’t it be awesome to actually win and rule the galaxy? The answer is yes and no.

Also lots of questions are still in the air about Vitiate/Valokorian's machinations (considering he left you alone for a while after Chapter 13, to do what? We don't know yet.
Dosen't sounds like EA taking a chance on a dying game.
I am ok if it was just temporary, but this temporary removal has now turned into a permanent removal and that's just not ok.
You can force retrieve any of the old companions through an in-game terminal.
They are lifeless dolls who just happen to look like companions we loved.
And then what? LOL! Everyone knows that. /facepalm. The whole point is that you can't use them in the game anymore when you get beyond a certain point in the storyline in the expac from a couple years ago, since they were written out of the story.
Story has to come first, you can't have players preferences making a mockery of lore.
SWG is gone it has been gone for years. All you Pre-NGE folks make me lol because Galaxies players qq'd about every single expansion I know because I was there. I played that game to the sad bitter end. Maybe you forget but the game was such a mess quest/story wise as to be almost non existent that the best way to level up was in hunting parties. The game did have many great features I am not saying it didn't. I really enjoyed my non combat characters that could still do some combat, but I just don't think that was enough to keep it alive.
Also I dont know when you have played SWTOR last or if you have ever played it as many bring back SWGers haven't played SWTOR in years if ever. But if you have played it recently some SWG features have made it into this game most notably is player housing. Although it's not done the same way as you dont see the houses in your gaming travels, which is fine by me because most of the houses in SWG were abandoned and just looked terrible. Yes I would love to see other features from SWG in SWTOR but please remember SWG never broke 1mln players. Whereas WoW was not only taking off but also taking many pre-NGE players which is what caused the sudden and rushed NGE roll out only a few months after the launch of The Trials of Obi-Wan expansion.
Its honesty kind of sad that after 5 years since the launch of SWTOR you're still saying the same shit you've probably said since launch day or earlier. Compared to the newer Star Wars games SWTOR is a work of art. One last thing Star Wars has always been about story, SWG had little to no story, no room for casual players and many gamers are casual players, many Star Wars fans want a Star Wars story in the Star Wars game they pay money for.
If you need SWG preNGE seriously go get and play an EMU of it because it is never coming back. If you think that the population suffers because it's an EMU you're wrong it suffers because there are just better options. If you actually read this and made it this far try EVE online it's a much better sandbox game than SWG ever was. No Star Wars, but amazingly cool looking space ships and space stuff with a harder learning curve than SWG by far.
Let me ask you, fellow SWG "Veteran", which pre-Wow Era MMORPG had 1M+ subs? Or do you consider all games under 1M subs, failures? EQ, SWTOR, etc...
