If I've learned one thing over my 5ish years playing Wizard101, it's that the KingsIsle community is extremely dedicated. Whether it's in or out of game, most players are willing to do whatever they can to help other community members and support the game they love. This dedication made an interesting appearance over the weekend when 2 new prepaid cards were discovered and located in Dallas.

This is exactly why the game lost massive amounts of players,they stopped caring about the product and aimed more at the dedicated spender.
KI should be the show case of how NOT to operate a game business,it might be good for them but is really bad for the gamer.
I told this story awhile ago.....
Listening to some kids in the main chit chat area oft he game by the water,kids were saying I'M bored,let's do something,so of course the let's go to so and so and the response was no it's boring.
So the only reason the kids were hanging out is to just talk with friends and NOT because of the game.The other common hangout was to see friends houses,again CASH SHOP oriented and NOT the game.
KI did a lot correct for the first few expansions then it was all greed and all downhill.
In the first year or two,i had a lot of positives to say about KI and Wiz 101,since that time,it was KI who made it worse,nobody else is to blame.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
I completely agree, I lost just about all interest in Wiz101. over the years I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on that game and then I look back on it and think to myself "I am such an idiot". you would think that Kings Isle would do something to reward all those loyal spenders for lining their pockets for years but do they? NO! so I refuse to dump all that money into this BS game anymore. So they will keep on losing members, I know I won't be putting up money anymore for myself or my kids. Think I'll be checking out Sony's DCUO {DC Universe Online}, I used to play it so I think I am going back to it.
