Bless May 17 News (Is the Premium Membership Pay to Win?)
Neowiz has done a good job this week in being open and communicative with the community. They have released 3 statements this week. One an open letter to the community which addressed some of the Emissary stuff people had a problem with (and what I call Fumble #1).
Even better though, they have changed the Founder's Pack (The $199.99 pack) in both contents and price.
They have removed Premium customer service from the Collector's Edition, noting that all customers should be treated the same.
These are all very good changes that happened in the last 48 hours.
What else did they get into? And is the Premium Membership a P2W Subscription? Let's find out
