The Cult of AA

biohackerbiohacker Member UncommonPosts: 29
I was very skeptical when I first tried AA, seemed interesting but was not enough to capture my attention. But after few days I went back and started playing again this time more seriously. I slowly realized how much fun I was having without feeling pressured to grind. The game grew on me like no mmorpg had before (I played pretty much every single one).

Even though AA currently have a very small following compared to big Kahunas like Wow or EQ2, I predict that AA will soon achive a cult like status with dedicated followers like myself. The word is already spreading. Everyone who is having fun recruiting their friends and so on.

If you had the game and if your initial impressions were less than enthusiastic like me, come back and try it again with an effort, it's damn fun!

I've mentioned this a couple of times now, but I HATED the game when I was in beta.  I deleted it off my harddrive.  After hearing they'd made improvements and that it was actually pretty fun, I decided to give it a second chance.  I'm *soooo* glad that I did - I'm having an absolute blast now.

Played in beta, Pre ordered it, and payed for the preorder in full, But grew tired and sick of the game. Not cause I was not having any fun, but the facts that 1 Id spoil the game for when I rilly had a chance to play it. 2 I would not be able to keep my hard work. Got the game now, And I'll admit, This game gives me back thoes first 3 days that I experianced in EQ. Thrill and the unknowing. Iv even did Guide work for EQ, and played just about every MMO out there even the betas, and thoes that even never made it "wish". This IS the best one. And when more poeple come, I'm shure it will only get better witch crowded servers and blood hungry people for PVP woot woot..       Now someone needs to make a AA winamp skin!! If I don't lol.

I also did not like the beta because of the bugs. They have polished this all up.I was expexting alot of outages from the first week.I got 1 crash the first day but after that nothing. No lag either.I do not think this will be a big hit but have a following like EVE.

I'm so confused... you posted the above the same day you rated the game as follows:  "Boring after few days, this is not really a mmorpg."

    Hello Peeps,

I too was skeptical about this game, so much that I always payed more attention to other mmos and missed beta on this one.  In any case, having reached rock bottom again on the last cycle of going back to my "other" mmogs, I decided to check this one out.  I did this mainly because I saw it in the stores, but did not think much of it.  So I came to these forums and read what what you all had to say about it.  Its amazing, there were no flames on the post, and buches of peeps saying it was a great game.  So I picked it up, and man is it fun.  Really if you are reading this and trying to decide to get it... DO IT... GO BUY IT NOW...  this game is great.

Danjak, the rating you are referring to above was for guild wars, not auto assault :) :
