Awesome! Ubisoft is one of the few companies I still have faith in.

Division 2 looks good and a second leveling specialization looks great.

    No Splinter Cell :-(

After the delight that was Mario + Rabbids, I've learned not to write off Ubisoft. Unlike EA and Activision, they aren't entirely risk averse and can still surprise you.

All i saw was Esport and more rifles and pistols gameplay, already been there done that for a long time,it's boring now.
You want to impress me,take those same maps and ideals and give me Half Life 2 and not some pvp esport antics.
In other words ,give me a GAME not just a map and pvp.

Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

Whats the point of playing any persistent online game, like WoW or FF14, when you know they all will be shut down?

Whats the point of playing any video game at all for that matter when you know they contribute nothing to the world?

Whats the point of anything when you know that our sad pathetic lives are meaningless and that every trace of our civilization will be lost when the sun explodes?

The answer is: because people like the game and they want to.

Today? They've been on freaking fire lately. I totally agree with you though. They are delivering once again.
Absolutely agree. It's rare to see a company turn around their reputation as quickly and efficiently as Ubisoft has over the past 2 years.

Overall, Ubisoft did a great job and props to them for giving For Honor For Free!!!!

I’m a bit salty there was no sign of Splinter Cell or Prince of Persia but there was a plethora of great looking games.

I just don’t understand this obsession with these companies taking games and constantly rehashing them into a second game. First Destiny and now The Division. Both of those games did not get high praises at the start, yet they continue to make sequels. It must be cheaper to make a sequel for a game that wasn’t recieved well instead of using creativity and coming up with a whole new IP. It just kind of makes me think the developers are lazy.

The Division made a ton of money though. And despite its rocky launch/first year they listened to most of the feedback and significantly improved the game.

Hands down the best press conference. Nintendo's got big shoes to fill. The thing I loved about Ubi's is the enthusiasm of the devs. You could see the energy in their poses and hear it in their words. I love it. I've already preordered The Division 2 and Assassin's Creed Odyssey AND the Kassandra statue. :D

For EA to fall, they'd have to have a reputation to lose.

So all of The Division 2's first year expansion content (apparently 3 DLCs) will come free of charge.

    Check.  Your move, Bungie.

The hype is REAL for The Division 2. I really liked the first one. Played it daily for months. Got burnt out on sociopathic 13 year olds ganking solo me in groups of 9 in the DZ and finally quit, but it was definitely worth my time and money.

I am gonna need to get a second job just to pay for my games these next few years...

Bungie made their move. Expansions and a cash shop weren't good enough. Now they want to sell 3 regular patches as an annual pass.

    Fuck Destiny hard.

Probably the single biggest disappointment for me here is the fact that my one of my top ten favorite franchises isn't getting another installment any time soon.

Although, to be honest, my review of Blacklist on Steam was pretty scathing.  The last installment of the game hung itself pretty hard on some very old tropes.  Hoping the next SC game can break away from that and "Redefine Stealth Combat" yet again.
