Account being wierd

in Auto Assault

when i try and log in on [url=https://boards.autoassault.com/cgi-bin/aa_login.pl] it says "We were unable to verify your login. Either your login information was entered incorrectly, or the account system is currently unavailable. Please check the normal downtime schedule and announcements at www.autoassault.com." im absolutely positive my password is right and im sure my username is right.

Why is it saying this?

also i cant login to the actual game as i explain in a previous post.

    I wish I knew.  Go to AA/NCSoft's website and find a number to call them.  I've called them a couple of times regarding CoH and they were always moderately helpful.

    Same thing is happening to my acount too.

    I'm also having problem logging onto the game , after about 10seconds it logs me out.

    Now this has only started happening after the new Europe patch.

    I have a support call open for the problems , I'll see what they say.

    my problem is similar but i have 2 wait like 3 mins before it says "failed to login, try again in a few moments" rather than 10 secs.

    Good luck on finding a solution.

    Keep me updated on your progress....i cant return it cos its from amazon and unless i get it working its a waste of 25 quid.

    Update on problem ----

    They had me run an netinfo tool to try and diagnose what the problem was.
    They've passed this further along the line to try to find out whats wrong.

    Makes me sad , as I'd just got a nice LMG for my turret and my trigger finger is realy itchy now.

    I don't know if I asked this in the other thread, but are y'all from Europe?  I heard that you couldn't access the U.S. sites if so.  Not sure though. 

    If it's still not working, I can put a post on the main AA forum for you.  Let me know.

    I'm from Europe , and when i try to log onto the European Forum i get the user name doesnt exist.

    Must be a cock up as i've been using that username to play the game all last week

    So you can't log on to the forum OR the game, right?  I'll make a post on the official AA site to see if there's a solution.

     I've also managed to send in a support ticket about the issues , hopefully they'll get to the bottom of it.
