    For those curious about details, looks like it has Crescent, Illuminated and Universal slots (according to Massively)

    bound account means it can be shared across characters?

    It means any character you have can use the item (subject to mount rules), but it may still be bind on equip?

    Yep, it means that the item itself is account bound, you can pass it around your characters, put it in the bank (or shared bank) for a future character, etc.
    But after you decided which character needs it the most, and add the mount to that character's stable, that's final.

    yea , Congrats to all those folks with 1 ,2 and 3 posts that come  in on all there alt accts to ninja rewards that should be going to people who actually contribute to the community
