Buckle up and be prepared to pay yet another company to test there broken game. Paying to bug test that's what this is. I played some of the free alpha test and it was riddled .

I remember a time when I could beta test a game for free just by sitting through a few hour download, or buy a copy of PC Gamer magazine and get a disk filled with beta games, trials and demos.

Got an Alpha Key 6 days ago to try it before it opened on Steam. Could not play it at all due to the Optimization and bugs with Keybindings.
They still have not addressed it so I will pass on this one.

The price point at this point isn't exactly surprising given that Dark and Light and Conan Exiles used the same price when their EA started. Personally, I wont buy into it but who knows if it'll end up being "decent" over time. There are those that use EA to just sit there forever and collect money until they are "pushed out" (H1Z1 ended up being a battle royale game in the end is a perfect example) but there are those that can actually use EA as its meant to. Lets just hope that they dont get arrogant and try to churn out expansions while still in EA (::cough:: ark ::cough::).

These games all have same features / bugs / performance issues, and that's because they all bought the same "UE 4 survival template game" from the asset store..

Just another "give us XX dollars to help us get our game to launch." Too common nowadays.

Same thing could be said about the fools who pay to test something. I've never heard of anyone being called a fool for being careful were they spend their money until you came along.

I have no desire to play crafting focused games so as someone not interested in the crafting genre at all - the above posts don't seem to match with the Steam reviews, nor what people that are into crafting games that are playing this are saying.

This specific crafting game came on my radar because it supposedly has good chardev options and decent combat. The love it was getting from people that usually have good taste and value what I do in games almost caused me to buy it.
