Blizzard's latest cinematic trailer features Varok Saurfang, a legendary Horde warrior. "War has a way of wearing down the most weathered soldiers" the description reads. Saurfang ponders his life with a young troll ahead of the fight for Undercity.

I'm not an IT Specialist, Game Developer, or Clairvoyant in real life, but like others on here, I play one on the internet.
Regardless, I liked this cinematic. The Troll is already memeing as "Zappy Boi" everywhere I read about him, and he's pretty wholesome. Saurfang isn't so bad, either.

I'm willing to bet that Sylvanas will not be a raid boss or something in BfA. These were all planned to get the community hyped about the expansion. Blizzard was well aware that if they drop that Sylvanas trailer they will get a huge amount of criticism and backlash. And this trailer was ready to be served afterwards. Not just the WoW community but even the people who don't care about WoW started to talk about this expansion after the Sylvanas trailer. It doesn't matter if it was a negative argument or not. And now everyone talks about this new trailer and telling how hyped they are about this expansion. This is a very good marketing strategy. I don't think we are facing a Garrosh 2.0 situation. Yes Sylvanas will eventually drop the Warchief title and I'm almost %100 sure that Saurfang will be the new Warchief. But she will not become "the big evil" or a raid boss in BfA. She will turn out like another Illidan kind of character imo. She will make some huge mistakes and do harsh but has to be done things in this expansion and than went into the shadows again.
And btw I don't understand why people act like Sylvanas was a very good character and out of nowhere turned out to be evil. She was always like that. I mean she didn't do anything humane or even something for horde since she joined them. She and the forsaken was always like a 3rd faction. They were with the Horde because of their interests thats all. Actually there was a video from Nixxiom. He explained it very well. Let me put it here;

That man clearly does not want that title, he does not want to lead and he does not want to be in charge of the things. He just wants to live and die honourably. Do not impose on him the burden he does not wish for just because you wish for someone else to lead us. The old man deserves way better than this.
Neither Garrosh, nor Sylvanas actually wanted to become Warchief and we can see what way it can go. So, I love Saurfang, I stand with my Queen, I fight for the Horde and I want for Varok what he deserves and personally wishes for.

And let's not forget that she is the last Warcraft 3 Horde character left. It's just a waste of a "good" (meaning interesting) chaotic evil character for WoW. Homogenization is bad.
Honestly, as a Horde player, this whole pre-event is exhausting because we've been yanked around so much. I'm beat.
