I wonder when they are going to discuss 6.0. The game could really use a big expansion at this stage (one I would happily pay for) but I saw one of the devs say they preferred trickle down content.
We are so starved for Star Wars games. I miss the days of Lucasarts.
Why? Lucasarts failed to bring a modern Tie/Xwing game to the market. Sure they did well during the 90's with good releases, but frankly after 2000 they did jack.

I respectfully disagree. As a publisher post 2000, Lucasarts gave us Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy, KOTOR 1+2, Empire at War, Republic Commando, the original Battlefront 1+2, Star Wars Galaxies and many more.
The reason so many of these games are still beloved today is because Lucasarts collaborated with the best developers in the business and balanced creative freedom with maintaining the integrity of the IP.
I see the Force Unleashed as the beginning of the end. That was when poor business decisions led to its downfall. EA has had the publishing rights for years and haven’t done jack.
Just want character development system update... big update(with new disciplines and cross-discipline passive/active skills etc. ... maybe teras-kasi school style or maybe "schools" from dif. certain heroes of SW universe).
4 v 4, Hardly worth calling it PVP tbh, its a shame, but while the RPG storyline in the game is good, the PVP remains mediocre at best, they would probably be better off concentrating on more in game content as that really plays to the games strengths, rather than the weaker aspect that is the PVP.
