hello,

im playing now Silkroad Online and i just wanna say that this game is AMAZING!!!

i played alot of Mmorpg like:

Mu Online

Rakion

World of Warcraft

Helbreath

Guild Wars

and i just wanna say that this game is the best i ever played!

this game is alot more better then World of Warcraft,Guild wars and alot more

and this game is f2p!(Free to Play)except Item mall functions...

this game is like in the Chinese Silkroad something like before 1850 years or more...

and all the places inside the game are TOTALY REAL CITIES IN CHINA,PAKISTAN,EUROPE AND IRAN!

i saw REAL pictures from the chinese city Jangan (that called today Xi'an but because its on chinese we need to read it like Shian)

well i saw the pictures and i was amazed how did the made all this game!

and the game have a unique skill system,unique characters,and alot more stuff

and this game's map is HUGE!! and the devlop team havn't finished to make all thoes maps! (Islam,Europe,Heaven, The map is gonna be doubled)

and inside the game you need to lvl until lvl 20 then you can be a Thief or a Trader or a Hunter,but the game isn't concentrate on this system but i'll explain it.

Trade - Need to wear a White Flag and then summon a Transport Animal (Can buy on NPC stable)

and there is items that only a trader can buy and thoes items can be only on the transpotation (not on the trader's invatory)

and then he go with his camel with the stuff to other City (Like from Jangan to Donwhang or from Donwhang to Hotan)

and sell thoes stuff (on each City there is other stuffs,In jangan they have SIlk and more 3 items,on Donwhang they have horseshoe and Leather and on Hotan i dont know ^^)

well and if the trade sucsses and the monsters and thiefs is not killing his transportation so he sell it and he owns 400% from the trade (like if you bought items on 10K gold you own like 39.8K)

Hunter - Need to kill the thieves and monsters that attacking the trader's transportation and protect the trader.

Thief - need to kill the Hunter and Rob the Trader, and there is 2 kinds of thieves - Thief Computer,and Thief Man (Real ppl)

when the trader is going on his way to the other city the computer is summon Computer Thief,

and if a Thief (Man) see a trader he can kill him and get his items and sell them and get money.

oh and there is more then 60 monsters,and the max lvl for now is 70 (but with update it'll gonna be 150,now on the Korean servers the max lvl is 150 and they have alot more monsters and items that there isn't on the Global server)

but on the Global servers this game is ON beta testing (But on the korean is not on Beta testing)...

    That game is horrible.  The grind is insane and it makes the game get VERY VERY boring.  You have to have extreme patience to play that.

    That game when i downloaded it it was full of lag and the serevre sucked i deleted it in like 30 min of playing. That game sucks ill give it 1/10 .

    firstly i want to say rakion is not an mmorpg, it a mmo-action game, there is no quest or world u can travel. anyway silkroad is good for the first 20 lvl and after lvl 50 where u can travel to different country and site seeing and do fun stuff but from lvl 21-49, it mostly just lvl grinding, so unless u last thru the first 50 lvl, it really gets boring. ill give it a 7/10.

    well I see that you havn't PvPed yet

    this game has lots of skills something like 180+ (in the korean it has 250+)

    and its not like MU or other games that you die after one second,

    here you really need to fight and choose your skills,

    but the only bad thing in this game that it has loaddddsss of lags!!

    i hope the company will take care of it soon,but they relesed a patch before 4 day

    that fixed 60% of the lags.

    but,of course lags don't have an end there'll be always someone with 250kbps internet connection that will play and server will get stuck with his data.

    it's weird that I have no lag in korean server :( I don't understand why it's lag in the international server!

    I droped the korean server 'cause I can't understand korean.... :(

    Indeed this game is excellent, i would even considering buying it if i could but that's why it is free right? :P  Anyways, i can udnerstand why everyone bashes it for the lvl grinding but there are alot of other thnigs you can do besides that...

    this game is korean

    so i think that the company will prefer korean pepoles more then other countries's pepole...

    and the korean server has alot more skills,weapons,cloths,maps,monsters and alottttttt more servers!!!and the max lvl there is 150 ^^

    koreans now is on the future we're in the past..

    Silkroad is just a waste of time honestly, I bet you only had the chance to play MMORPG's with subscription costs for the short period they were in beta and now you've found a "decent" MMORPG that you can afford ($0), hooray for you.

    this game is a waste of time?L0L,let me see you building a game that based on REAL cities,everything on this game is REAL PLACES ON CHINA,PAKISTAN,IRAN AND SOON EUROPE TOO

    i didn't see any game who based on real places,and made all the places in the game same as reality

    about the typo,hey im not english or something i dont speak and write english all day,and thanks for the correction know i know that Then is Than.

    and yeah i think that this game is alot more better then WoW and Guild Wars and i don't think that i should pay 16$ for a game like WoW he just dont worth his money you think that WoW is better because its an american game and american games has alot more commercials ,everyone has their opinion and you can't say anything about that.

    and truly i prefer to pay to silkroad online then world of warcraft.

    the only problem in SRO is the lags.

    The game concept is really good, hunters, traders and theives is awsome.

    There are a few things which could be fixed, like the movement, the amount of farmers and the many kiddies who spam chat with cursing and tend to KS everything.

    If they fixed that it would be worth paying for, but I don't see that happening so it's good for being free.

    hmmm about the global chats...i dont think the delete this because ppl are paying for that ^_^

    and if you were pay for that don't you want that EVERYONE will see your post?

    still you payed 1.1$...

    about the KSers.....each and each game need a KS System dont you think so?

    and im telling now the true,no one have ever KSed me...but this is not a KS this is a part of the game that a thief killed me when i was a trader...

    i think the only problem in this game is the lags,those lags are really annoying.

    about the payment...if they'll fix those lags i'll pay for this game

    if the won't fix and make this game P2P it'll be no worth to pay...

    but hey,the game is almost totaly free (Except Item mall function)

    and they add a server that can contain 2500 ppl each 1.5 - 2 months!

    now this game has 7 servers that means 7 * 2500 = 17500 ppl!

    i hope they'll buy a new server soon then the lags will disapper and disapper with the time...

    see it this way, the lag won't go away, not by adding new servers (since whenever a new server is openend 25000 new players join Silkroad and populate that one), they can 'fix' the lag (by that i mean significatntly reduce the lag) by recoding some scripts. However in general, it's true that you have to be a player with pantience to like it, undenyable, the grind is there and unfortunately quite heavy (with a reason). I have bought xp scrolls from the item mall and it speeds up things A LOT (that is why the xp is so low, so more people would buy the xp scrolls) and furthermore, for a f2p mmo, this is farmost the best one out there ... 


    I have a tree, a tree that's in my garde, but my garden's too small for the tree, so the tree is in my house, that means i don't have a house .... who am i anyway?

    mabey you right and mabey not,but anyway i dont understand anything about network and all those TCPIP and Ports...(well that's my dad's job lol)

    anyway but think,i'll explain

    Xian server for example have 3500 players that server can fill 2500 with no lags.

    then they opened another server WOW!Venice is empty

    then some players from Xian will move from Xian to Venice

    so its 3500 - 500

    and then Venice = 500.

    and servers in this game getting FULL in 4-5 minutes.

    so think if there is alot of servers

    Xian - 1000,Venice + 2500, New server + 500 = Less lags

    think about that...

    Im not trying to turn this into a war, and i know ill get flamed for this but... lots of people are from different countries on this site, bashing someone for "kid-like typing" is just stupid. I'd like to see you come along, and type in perfect french or german??

    Anyway... the game sounds good, i havent checked it out yet but it seems quite good for F2P. Ill check it out later and see if i like it.

    Am I the only one who hates the movement in this game. I know point and click is a accepted way of moving your character around but come on, it needs to be a lot better at the moment it is hopless to run in cities cause some places require you to click straight forward (no objects can be in your path) and the m ake a 90 degree turn and run fo exampe left. Like a bit more control and freedom in my games nowadays. This is not the 80s anymore

    I'm sorry but I see no skill involved in clicking a monster, waiting a few seconds, pressing an F key, and repeating this process for hours.  Sure I can handle some grind in games, but the grind in this is ridiculous.  You don't even have a chance to PvP until you get to a high level.  And the only way to get to a high level in this game is to not have a life, quite truthfully.

    I just pointed out that he described the game in a manner like a kid would, with overexcitement and so on.

    I got a mental image of a 26 year old man with a child's mentality that's all, not that I have something against people that are mentally challenged.

    Im not from an English speaking country either, he's from a country that's more Americanish than mine though seeing that he's from Israel, which is USA's sibling.

    And I did not really attend my English classes at all in school, in-fact Im more or less a drop-out, I bet he had 100x times more time studying English than me.
