    Unfortunately I can only assume this will be F2P with a shady cash shop. The only way I can enjoy a F2P ARPG is if they follow the POE model of cosmetics/tabs

    Looks to be multiplayer in the vein of Path of Exile.  Will be interesting to hear the full details.

    Yup .. Not an MMO as some think .. But still a Coop Multiplayer Torchlight would be excellent ..

    Not sure Torchlight would benefit from a traditional MMORPG setup.  For ARPGs, lobby-based multiplayer works fine.  Adding shared multiplayer capability to randomly see other folks in zones ala Destiny would be a good compromise imo.

    Interviews lead me to believe there will be more mmo-like aspects to it.  Probably won't be a full on MMOARPG ala Lost Ark but there's more to be seen for sure.

    Multi platform yes, cross play not sure. Kinda doubt it.
