When the game releases it will be bad for my real life and career.

Kyleran on yours sincerely
'But there are many. You can play them entirely solo, and even offline. Also, you are wrong by default.'
Ikcin in response to yours sincerely debating whether or not single-player offline MMOs exist...
'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.
It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.
It is just huge resource waste....'

They can, but many publishers chose to not release games in a state that fell in to Pegi18, ESRB(Adult Only) categories, as it reduced player base and large portion of potential revenue with it.
However that's a bit of a dated case, as the initial cause for this is stores not willing to hold stock of adult rated products for shelves. With majority of gaming content being digital these days, it is not much of a concern any longer.
Aloha Mr Hand !
Conan exiles was censored on consoles. And dont forget its an early access title by a company that barely has any reach.
Watch Dogs 2 had nudity for example, it too was censored after the outrage almost got the game removed from shelves. Again, i think your underestimating the kind of impact something like this might have.
Getting Adult Only in USA is a problem, but in Europe games can get rated 18 just for things like violence and bad language, and since the rating doesn't mean "this game has sex" it has much less impact on sales.
EDIT: Witcher 3 was also PEGI 18
On the other hand, for game purposes, simplest to go with two to start, and have the alternatives be cyber'd up.
If you are holding out for the perfect game, the only game you play will be the waiting one.
Only other game this reminds me of a bit is Deus Ex and Cyberpunk blows it out of the water.
My only fear, and it's minor one, is that getting plopped down into such a detailed world will feel like you really did just step into something extremely complex with no clues. Could be a really steep learning curve unless they really nail the early tutorial missions.

Not the "my face is tired and looks like I had 50 injections of botex" look.

It is forced. The style is very tongue in cheek. It's like an exaggerated sci-fi stereotype of every sci-fi stereotype. I also think it's heavily influenced by anime sci-fi. Loads about this demo makes me think of Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell.
You just gotta embrace it and enjoy it. That's what this is. No point wanting it to be something else now.
Hmm, i understand the concerns about the game but considering this game is heavily inspired by Mike Pondsmith, Cyberpunk 2020 doesn't suprise me the tone and the edgy side of it, if it were any other developer making the game, i would be skeptical too but CDPR has proven their worth so far, so i'll take their word for it (for now at least), that will have the same (if not superior) quality as The Witcher 3.
That's a pretty crazy mixture of almost everything we've seen in every other FPS and amounts to a lot of options, just in this demo.
We saw that the slow mo was caused by a consumable and/or mod. There's bound to be more that we haven't seen.
The only FPS that comes to mind that has more options than those listed is Borderlands because of the crazy character classes and skill trees.
One pain point... does anybody else feel like the excessive language sounded super try hard edgelord stuff? They need to work on that dialogue. It sounds like a kid cursing for the first time when their parents aren't around.
