What makes this game good?
My friends are thinking about getting it, but I played it once and it just seemed like all you do is grind.
That was a long time ago though, so has it got a lot of new features?

    What makes it good? Interesting story line in the quests and missions. Interesting economy, mostly player-run. The better player you are, the shorter the grind will be. There is arena-style PvP in Ballista and Brenner; those are fairly new, so they may not have been around when you played (Brenner, in fact, was introduced about a month ago).

    There's some more modes in Treasures of Aht Urghan if I recall correctly. P.S. I like the grind, makes you actually earn what you get, unlike some instant gratification names (of which I won't name)
