You may remember that late last week, the Ship of Heroes site was updated with a blog post called "Civilians and Cars" and how the team was working with both to make the city feel alive while, at the same time, keeping the system drain on a player's PC down to a minimum. To show this off, the Ship of Heroes team has released a brand new trailer shot in-game.

Aloha Mr Hand !
Ok, fine, I'll ask. WTH does "plaito-ey" mean?
Sadly so =/
Still, it's pre-alpha or something. They might improve somewhat yet.
It'll never be BDO when it comes to graphics, but maybe it'll get slightly better at least.
My SWTOR referral link for those wanting to give the game a try. (Newbies get a welcome package while returning players get a few account upgrades to help with their preferred status.)

Did those other studios bite off more than they could chew? - Maybe.

I'm not the first to admit that I was never, and still am not, crazy about the whole "spaceship/s with super heroes" setting and I certainly won't be the last, however the longer I go without a good CoH alternative the less I really care about the setting. Since abandoning that joke of a game project I was following for five disappointing years I'm warming up to the idea of trying something new and less conventional. I'm currently coming up with some idea of things to try in SoH that I wouldn't have dared to do in CoH. I guess in about four months I might just get to see how well they pan out.
I've got a feevah, and the only prescription... is more cowbell.
What the fuck is "plaito-ey" even supposed to mean?
